  • Domain Integration & Security Management: We recommend joining the hosted server to your corporate Domain and ensuring it complies with your organization's IT security protocols and management practices.
  • Firewall & Anti-Virus: The implementation and maintenance of your corporate firewall and anti-virus software are the responsibility of the end-user to safeguard your hosted environment
  • Print Drivers & Queues: End-users are responsible for setting up and maintaining print drivers and print queues. Access to the hosted server will be provided before installation dates to allow your team or copier vendors to configure the required print queues.
  • Application, Database & Operating System Management: The End-user responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to: The PaperCut MF application, The internal database and, The operating system
  • Access to the AWS Instance is provided via remote connection for your IT team to manage these aspects effectively.
  • Support Escalation Channels: For any hosting-related support, ecoprintQ offers assistance through: Phone, Email, Support ticket submission via our Support Service Page
  • Our team will respond promptly during regular business hours to address your inquiries.
  • Site-to-Site VPN Connections: If a Site-to-Site VPN is required, it is the end-user’s responsibility to configure connections on their network routers. In the event of any issues, your team will collaborate with ecoprintQ to troubleshoot and resolve any challenges from the AWS side.
